Lucky nodded. "That's right. I'm not taking the money."

He reached into the back jeans pocket for his wallet. He flipped it opened and flashed his state credentials. "On behalf of the state of West Virginia, I'm filing an injunction with the gaming council to stop any more gaming in this casino from now until we get a judge's ruling. We've had reports you're running fixed machines. I want every slot in here tested as soon as possible."
